Give your progress a place to live

The Today screen shows time since your last drink and estimated savings. Record days with or without alcohol, then correct an entry when you need to. An honest calendar is more useful than a perfect-looking one.

Progress adds savings history, goals, missions and private badges. Savings depend on your spending baseline and recorded information; they are estimates, not a record of money transferred into your bank account.

Have something practical to do during an urge

Support includes guided breathing, noticing your surroundings, a focus game and brief physical or sensory exercises. You can pause timed activities and choose a next action afterward.

An exercise can create a moment to reconsider what happens next. It is not a promise that every craving will disappear, and these tools do not manage alcohol withdrawal.

Understand the habits you are changing

The learning program combines short educational lessons with reflection exercises. Two full lessons are completed, with more content in development.

Your lesson exercise answers and notes stay on your device. The program is education and practical reflection, not an individually prescribed treatment plan.

Notice patterns in your wellbeing

Record how you feel and revisit your own entries over time. Health also includes review checkpoints and a short mental-wellbeing questionnaire.

Time-based checkpoints indicate when to review a topic. They do not measure liver recovery, brain changes or an individual reduction in disease risk. Questionnaire results are not a diagnosis.

Choose the kind of conversation you need

Community lets members share posts and comments. Private mentor messaging lets you send a text or voice note to authorized staff, with the option to include basic goal and progress context.

Private messages remain linked to your account. Replies depend on staff availability; no response time is guaranteed. Additional mentor or therapist services may have separate fees and availability.

Coming to iOS and Android

The mobile app is not yet publicly released. The screens shown here come from the actual iOS app with example progress, not a customer’s results.

Membership provides access to the main app features. Store availability, subscription terms and trial eligibility will be shown at checkout when the app launches. A free download does not mean an ongoing free membership.
