Application: “Stop Drinking Alcohol: Freedom”
App identifier: com.sklabs.stopdrinking
Intended use
This app is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) who want support in reducing or stopping alcohol consumption and building everyday wellbeing habits. It provides self-reported progress tracking, educational content and optional support conversations.
Support, not medical care
This app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, or to manage alcohol withdrawal. Its timelines and progress indicators are not measurements of your body's recovery. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about medical symptoms and decisions about your health. Stopping alcohol suddenly can be dangerous if you are physically dependent; seek medical advice before doing so.
Urgent help
If you have seizures, hallucinations, severe confusion, or are in immediate danger of harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services immediately. In the EU call 112; in the US call 911; in the UK call 999. For urgent medical advice that is not a life-threatening emergency, call 111 in England, Scotland or Wales; in Northern Ireland contact your local GP out-of-hours service. In the US, you can also call or text 988 for suicide or mental health crisis support. Do not wait for a reply in the app. The support chat is not staffed by a doctor and is not monitored continuously.
Exercises
Use exercises only when comfortable and safe. Stop if you feel unwell, dizzy, short of breath or in pain. Do not use exercises while driving or operating machinery. Do not submerge your face or hold your breath as part of a cooling exercise.
Labels and markings
No CE marking, FDA approval, UKCA marking or medical-device certification is claimed on this page. This service is intended for general wellbeing support, not medical diagnosis or treatment. This page provides product identification and safety information; it is not an EU declaration of conformity.
