Short product description
Stop Drinking Alcohol: Freedom is a subscription app for adults who want to quit or cut back on alcohol. Published by SK LABS, it combines alcohol-free day tracking, estimated savings, craving exercises, educational lessons, a peer community and private messages to a human mentor.
Long product description
Freedom app brings together daily tracking and practical support for changing drinking habits. Users can record alcohol-free days, review their calendar and see estimated savings based on their reported spending. Guided breathing, grounding and focus exercises offer activities to use during an urge. Educational lessons include reflection on habits and situations associated with drinking.
The app also includes a community feed and separate private text and voice messages to a human mentor. Health features include self-reported wellbeing records and time-based checkpoints. These checkpoints do not measure a person’s health recovery. Freedom is a self-help and educational product; mentor messaging is not emergency care or a promise of clinical treatment.
SK LABS publishes Freedom for iOS and Android. Subscription prices and any eligible trial appear in the app before purchase. Store listings provide the current release and availability information for the reader’s country.
