Sobriety Tracking App: Days, Calendar & Savings
A sobriety tracking app records time without alcohol and keeps a history of your drinking days. Freedom app combines a live counter, an editable daily calendar, estimated savings and progress milestones on iOS and Android.
What does Freedom app track?
Stop Drinking Alcohol: Freedom is an app by SK LABS for adults who want to quit drinking, cut back or take a break. Today shows time since your last drink; Progress brings together your calendar, estimated savings and badges.
See time since your last drink
Enter your last-drink date and time to start the counter. Today displays completed days, followed by hours, minutes and seconds. A completed day means 24 elapsed hours, so the number does not simply increase because the calendar reaches midnight.
You can correct the starting date if you entered it incorrectly. When you record a later drinking day and its last-drink time, the counter uses that newer starting point. Your earlier calendar entries remain available.
Keep an honest record in your calendar
Mark a day as alcohol-free or with alcohol, then review your entries in the monthly calendar. Today's check-in describes the day so far; a completed day becomes part of your recorded history.
Missed an entry or tapped the wrong answer? Open the calendar to correct or remove the record. You can also undo a change. Keeping the entry accurate is more useful than protecting a perfect-looking streak.
For example, five alcohol-free days followed by a drinking day are still five days in your history. The current counter changes, but you do not need to erase the week and start an empty calendar.
Follow your estimated alcohol savings
Set a weekly spending baseline using your usual drink quantities and reference prices for your selected country. Each completed, recorded alcohol-free day contributes one-seventh of that baseline to estimated savings. A recorded drinking day contributes zero.
For example, with a $70 weekly baseline, five full recorded alcohol-free days add an estimated $50. This is an illustration of the calculation, not an average saving for app users.
For quit and break goals, the app can also estimate savings from your declared alcohol-free start. Those estimates are separate from recorded-day evidence; a reported drinking day ends that assumption. In Progress, you can review savings history and set a financial goal.
Savings are estimates based on your inputs and reference prices, not a record of bank transactions or replacement purchases.
Read the counter, calendar and milestones together
Each view answers a different question. Check the counter for your current stretch without alcohol, the calendar for the days you recorded and savings for a money estimate. Progress also shows earned badges and the next milestone.

| Feature | What you can see |
|---|---|
| Live counter | Elapsed time since your recorded last drink. |
| Daily calendar | Days marked alcohol-free or with alcohol, including entries you correct. |
| Estimated savings | An estimate from your weekly spending baseline and eligible days. |
| Milestones and badges | Progress based on recorded alcohol-free days, elapsed checkpoints, estimated savings or completed missions. |
Use the calendar when you are cutting back
You can record days with and without alcohol while working toward a reduction goal. The calendar gives you a daily history to review, even when your aim is not an uninterrupted sober streak.
The daily tracker records whether you drank, rather than logging each drink or its units. Its savings calculation does not work out how much you saved by having fewer drinks on a drinking day.
Start tracking in Freedom app
If you need something to do during an urge, open the app's craving tools. You can also send a private text or voice message to a human mentor.
Choose your goal and starting point
Set your goal and enter your last-drink date and time. Check the date and time before saving.
Record your day
Use the daily check-in, then open the calendar when you need to review or correct an entry.
Review what you have recorded
Look at your calendar alongside the counter. Add a spending baseline if you want to follow estimated savings too.
Your records and the tracker's limits
Calendar entries, counter data and savings records are linked to your account and stored on the backend. Lesson answers and personal lesson notes have a different storage rule: they stay on your device.
The counter measures time, not blood alcohol level or medical recovery. If you have been drinking heavily for a prolonged period, seek medical advice before stopping suddenly because withdrawal can be dangerous.

Sobriety tracking app FAQ
How does Freedom app count sober days?
The live counter measures elapsed time since your recorded last drink, with one completed day for each full 24 hours. Your daily calendar is separate: it records which dates you marked as alcohol-free or with alcohol.
What happens to my progress if I drink?
Record the day and last-drink time. The counter uses the newer starting point and relevant milestones update. Earlier calendar entries remain, so a drinking day does not erase your recorded alcohol-free days.
Can I correct a missed or mistaken calendar entry?
Yes. Open the monthly calendar to review and edit a day. You can remove an incorrect entry or undo a change.
Can I use Freedom app if I want to cut back?
Yes. You can use the calendar to record days with and without alcohol. The daily tracker does not log individual drinks or calculate quantity-based savings on drinking days.
Does the app track savings automatically?
After you set a spending baseline, the app calculates estimated savings from eligible alcohol-free days. Quit and break goals can also use estimates from the declared start, shown separately from recorded-day evidence. You can review the history in Progress.
Is the sobriety tracker free?
The tracker is part of the main app experience accessed through membership. Check the price, renewal terms and any trial eligibility shown before purchase. The website's alcohol spending and savings calculator is free to use.
